People who are planning ski holidays in Courmayeur will find that the resort is packed with restaurants to dine in, according to one report.

The Daily Telegraph noted that after a day on the slopes, lovers of Italian food will find plenty of options. A booklet describing the various eateries which visitors to the Italian resort can enjoy, ranging from high-end restaurants to inexpensive cafes, is also available, it added.

There are also plenty of mountain restaurants, where people on ski holidays in Italy can enjoy "delicious pizza, pasta and other dishes".

It added: "The area is lavishly endowed with 27 establishments ranging from rustic little huts to a large self-service place."

Many of the eateries also feature excellent wine lists, the news provider stated.

Recently, a post on the Breaking Blue blog said the food in Courmayeur is "exquisite", noting that visitors can enjoy wild boar with polenta, escalope of foie gras and lamb chops with mustard sauce.
