Ski News brought to you by, specialists in Bargain Ski Holidays and Ski Holidays in France.

Although the Alps are most famous for being the destination of choice for the planet's skiers, the region has quickly gained a reputation for staging great live events, ranging from music festivals to stand-up comedy gigs.

This month, that reputation will be bolstered when some of the northern hemisphere's finest comics head to the slopes for a combination of skiing and stand-up.

Craig Campbell, Brendon Burns and Dan Quinn will all be performing this week, making pit stops at the old cinema Le Farinet in Verbier, Jack’s Bar in Meribel, and the Jekyll Bar in Chamonix, before returning  to Jack's for one more gig.

Nick Doody and Rufus Hound will then head to the Alps to play Jekyll Bar on March 19th and Meribel on March 20th, before the self-proclaimed 'German Comedy Ambassador' Henning Wehn and Marcus Brigstocke take to the stage at Jekyll Bar on April 2nd, then Meribel's Jack's Bar three nights later.

Each of these acts has promised to take some special guests to the Alps with them, ensuring people on ski weekends will be rolling in the aisles with laughter in the weeks ahead.
