Pettneu am Arlberg ski area is quite small, but its location means that you are out of the way of the busier Arlberg ski area, where the likes of St Anton are located in the Tyrol region. It is a great resort for families and beginners who are looking for empty slopes with snow sure conditions, good visibility down in the trees and great views up top.

Intermediates and advanced skiiers should find a sufficient amount of skiing to be had, with 2 blacks, 2 reds and 4 blues covering around 15km. For the snowboarders there is an awesome terrain park which attracts some of the biggest park rats in the area – so it must be pretty good!
