Activities in Courchevel

01 January 0001

As well as being a world class ski resort, Courchevel has an abundance of non-skiing activities. There are plenty of exciting activities for the thrill seekers or for those wishing to relax and unwind there is a large selection of spas.

For those seeking some fun on the snow then tobogganing is a must! Courchevel offers an exhilarating run which starts in 1850 and ends in 1550. The run is a huge 2km long which is floodlit from start to finish allowing this to stay open in the evenings. It’s free for anyone with a lift pass and can be found at the edge of the Tovets ski run in Courchevel 1850.

Want to know the best way to see the Alps? Travelling in a hot air balloon is a remarkable and peaceful way to enjoy the stunning scenery. Once you are up there, take in the breath-taking view of Courchevel and the ski area.

If you are up for trying something new and exhilarating, then paragliding above the ski runs and the mountains will be an experience like no other. Enjoy the silence and freedom of flying in one of the most exhilarating activities in Courchevel; the views are worth every penny!

Something to be enjoyed by the whole family is Husky Sledding. Definitely one of the top activities for families in Courchevel, you will be taken through the woods and up and down hills in this energetic and exhilarating experience.

To really spoil yourself after a hard days skiing, treat yourself to a relaxing massage. Most hotels open their spa facilities to the public so pop in and make yourself an appointment.
