Whether you're arriving by plane or train, we offer a range of well-organised, reliable transfer options to get you to your resort safely and smoothly. Most of our guests ski on the day they arrive and the day they go home - it's part of our mission to help you maximise your time on the slopes.

All our catered chalet holidays include complimentary, shared, return transfers from Geneva Airport as standard — offering even better value and less stress.

Transfers We Offer

Shared Transfers – Our most popular and cost-effective option. Travel with other skiers in 8-seat minibuses, with scheduled pick-up windows and efficient direct travel to your ski resort.

Scheduled Shared Transfers – These transfers run at fixed times from selected airports. Ideal if your flights line up well with set departure slots.

Private Transfers – Just for your group. Door-to-door service at a time that suits you, with space for ski gear and family luggage.

Train Transfers – For selected resorts, we can arrange train travel as part of your journey. Flexible "open" tickets let you travel on any service that fits your timing - perfect for if your flight is delayed!

Snowcat & In-Resort Shuttles – For car-free resorts like Avoriaz, we arrange snowcat or sleigh transfers to take you and your luggage right to your accommodation door.

Need to Make a Change?

Changed your flight time? Let us know as soon as you can. We'll always try to accommodate changes, but it may mean longer waits or additional costs if your new arrival doesn't align with existing transfers.

Missed Your Transfer? Delays happen — and we’ll do what we can to help. If you miss your scheduled pick-up due to delayed flights, baggage or customs, we’ll try to arrange an alternative, though this may involve extra charges. Travel insurance may help cover these costs.

Catered chalet holidays to Morzine, Les Gets and Courchevel means you get door to door service.

Catered chalet holidays to Val d'Isere also get door to door service with no need to stop and change vehicles, minimbuses are alowed straight into Val d’Isere unlike coaches where you are required to walk or change on to a minibus.
