Ski Area Overview

With 200km of piste the resort has something for everyone. A particular feature are the high-altitude slopes suitable for beginners and for experts there is a multitude of off-piste options with a link to the legendary resort of La Grave.

With 70% of slopes above the treeline in Les Deux Alpes the resort is amongst the most snowsure destinations in the Alps.  A lot of investment has been made in improving the routes back to resort and there is a blue run all the way from the very top down into town with no lifts.

The lift company at Les Deux Alpes have made some major investments for the 2023/2024 season with three upgraded lift systems in place for the beginning of the winter season.  The Diable Telemix is a combination of 6-seater chairs and 6-seater gondolas with a 6-minute ride to 2400m.  Vallee Blanche has also been upgraded to a Telemix with combination of 6-seater chairs and 10-seater gondolas and a 5-minute journey t0 2100m.  In addition, a new magic carpet has been added to the nursery area and with another major lift development due for 2024/2025 season Les Deux Alpes just gets better and better.
