Ski Weekends La Tania 'good for skiers of all ability'

La Tania caters for winter sports enthusiasts of all ages and abilities and is unlikely to disappoint anyone heading on ski weekends there, one source has stated.

The Travel Leisure blog pointed out that the wide variety of runs in La Tania are suitable for experts and novices alike, whereas there are also some great intermediate slopes.

"As these pistes run through the forest they are well protected during heavy snowfalls so you don't have to stop skiing and there are snow cannons running all down the blue run to ensure that you can always ski home if there is a shortage of the real stuff," the source said.

It added that there are also several parks of snowboarders and some challenging off-piste runs for people looking for more adventure on their ski weekends.

Recently, Ski-Concierge.com pointed out that La Tania is the ideal winter sports destination for short trips, as it is not as expansive as some of the larger European destinations but still has plenty to keep people entertained, and is just around the corner from Courchevel.
