The lovely family run Hotel Kolmholf is located in an ideal position in a quiet yet central area of the town and has a superb panorama of the Nockberge Mountains. There are restaurants and bars within 30m and it is centrally positioned in the Bad Kleinkirchheim-St.Oswald ski area, you can often access the slopes directly from the hotel, otherwise, the nearlist lift, the Maibrunnbahn, is only a 3 minute walk behind the hotel.
The hotel has a welcoming bar area with an open fire and comfortable, cosy corners and a restaurant serving many regional specialities and wide-ranging new creations. Your evening meal includes an appetizer buffet with Carinthian specialilites, culinary delicacies for your main course and of course, delicious desserts. The meals are based on regional, fresh ingredients, including meats and cheeses from local farm products. There is an extensive range of national and international wines for you to choose from.
To relax weary bones and for your indulgence, we are sure you will want to take advantage of the complimentary wellness and relaxation area, the jacuzzi, turkish steam room or a range of saunas to sooth every ache and mood. Then, if you have the energy, there is a fitness area or the heated outdoor pool, accessible from the spa and with fabulous mountain views. Massages and beauty treatment can also be booked and are payable at the hotel.

Hotel Kolmhof is right in the centre of town with the nearest lift is 'Maibrunnbahn' only a 3 minute walk away. The hotel is directly opposite the St. Kathrein thermal baths and the fantastic new ice rink is also just next to the hotel.
