Hotel L’Aigle du Montana is a new addition to the popular Etincelles Collection group of hotels. This charming chalet of stone and wood is part of the Montana Village Hotel and Residencies and has recently been renovated to create an intimate and warm haven, comprising 21 rooms with mountain-chic beamed ceilings.
Rooms all have a splendid view over the resort and Alps with easy access to all services available around the Montana Village. Guests can ski out directly from the hotel onto the slopes and explore the world-renowned Espace Killy ski area with 300 km of slopes for all levels and ages.
After a day on the slopes, the Aiglon restaurant is open to all guests with Italian calabrian theme, and we highly recommend upgrading to half board as guests can also choose to vary the culinary delights in one of the Montana Village Hotel’s five restaurants with their unique twist from traditional, bistro gourmet, gastronomic or mountain’s finest specialities including their “Jazzy beef terrasse” events with a focus on exceptional meat cuts for a pleasant break on a sun-kissed terrace for lunch. Breakfast is included in your stay with Skiweekends and is served daily from 7am to 10am at the Aiglon restaurant.
The hotel also includes access to the wellness area of the Village Montana with Cinq Mondes & Thalgo beauty treatments and massage on offer (payable locally). Facilities include pools, sauna and hammam.
Les Etincelles complements the fun with festive and musical evenings in the Montana Village bars and Tigne’s latest nightlife addition, the Strike club: a wonderful venue with an offbeat street art design lining up exclusive concerts by international artists.
Location
The hotel has an elevated sunny ski in / ski out location in the Les Almes area above Tignes Le Lac, close to the begginers slopes. The amenities of Tignes Le Lac are a short walk away - 250m to the village centre and 50m to the nearest lifts.
