SNOW CONDITIONS IN FLAINE
Despite sitting at 1600m, Flaine sees a superb natural snow cover year after year, and as such Flaine is considered a snow sure resort. This is mainly due to the fact that its main bowls are all north facing and hold their snow well throughout the season. As well as terrific snowmaking facilities, which some of the lower runs outside of the bowl definitely benefit from, the grooming and general snow maintenance throughout the resort is excellent by any standards.
