Snow Conditions in Saint Gervais

The ski season in Saint Gervais tends to be between December through until the beginning of April. With a reasonably high top elevation of 2353m, Saint Gervais holds onto its snow well. Pair this with closely linked access to Chamonix and Saint Gervais becomes an excellent choice for snow reliability.

Saint Gervais' main drawback comes when trying to ski right down to resort level, the village altitude of 850m can pose problems during warmer periods with the potenital for rain.

Is Saint Gervais snow sure? During mid-winter, Saint Gervais is a great bet. The slopes do tend to suffer though when April comes around.
