Apres Ski In Avoriaz
After being out on the slopes all day, the fun certainly doesn't have to come to an end in Avoriaz, with plenty of apres ski options.
Although the nightlife here doesn't compare with the likes of Val Thorens and Val D’lsere, it does have over 40 bars to choose from. Avoriaz is mainly a ski resort for families so expect to find a great choice of places suitable for children. It does, however, have great terrain parks which tend to attract a younger crowd who do find some great après ski spots.
Let us give a run down of the best apres ski in Avoriaz, starting as you come straight off the piste:
Apres Ski Straight Off The Piste
La Folie Douce

You can truly ski in and ski out, and this reknown apres venue is within 100m of our chalets, so you only have a a short stagger home. The apres tunes at the Folice Douce Avoriaz are pumping from 3pm to 6 pm, but food is served throughout the day, with a choice from great burgers and a buffet to gourmet cuisine.

The apres-ski at Le Yeti is relaxed, but you get wonderful panoramic views of the mountains and setting sun. They close at 6pm so be sure to get there in good time.
Again, just a short distance from our 5 ski-in ski-out catered chalets, a great spot for your ski holiday in Avoriaz.
Igloo Bar
Check out Igloo Bar at the bottom of the Arrare run. This hidden gem is a must-visit. Featuring stunning ice carvings and ice-cold drinks, it often hosts a DJ and occasionally throws late-night parties.

If you're staying in Prodains you don't need to head over to the main village to get your apres ski on.

Located at the foot of the Prodains Express Gondola this quirky outdoor bar is pumping from 4pm. With a lineup of DJs and local bands, it’s the perfect spot to dance into the evening. If you enjoy dancing on tables without the theatrics of La Folie Douce, this is the place for you. It’s definitely a favourite amongst some of us in the office; it offers good vibes and a great selection of drinks- their homemade mulled wine is particularly good.
Le Cable
If you’re looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, visit Le Cable. It offers great beer, table football, and pool, making it a fantastic alternative for après-ski with a sports bar vibe.
